Southern Grouper Fingers – Lightly coated in our signature seasoned corn flour, fried until golden and dusted with Cajun spices. Served with a house made deviled tartar sauce.

Grouper Meunière – Crispy seared fillet of Grouper topped with tender sautéed Shrimp and a Louisiana brown butter sauce. Perfectly paired with smashed potatoes and French green beans.

Taste of New Orleans – A trio of New Orleans traditional favorites with blackened Red Fish Etouffée, Rice Jambalaya and our authentic Louisiana Gumbo. A true Mardi Gras parade of flavors!

Louisiana Shrimp & Crawfish Pot Pie – Not your mama’s pot pie…Oven Baked Andouille Cornbread crusted pie with tender Shrimp and Crawfish cooked in a rick, creamy stock. This savory, homemade dish is guaranteed to please the palate!

Bananas Foster Bread Pudding – Classic Bananas Foster flavors baked into a Louisiana favorite. Topped with a cinnamon caramel Rum sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Sazerac – Bulleit Rye Whiskey, hints of Absinthe & sugar with a splash of bitters are perfectly balanced by a twist of lemon to create this New Orleans original cocktail.
