VISITING OUR RESTAURANTS

Can I make a reservation?

Although we do not offer reservations, our Call-Ahead Seating Program is available to help reduce wait times. Please call us 30 minutes prior to your arrival to place your name on the wait list. This is not a guarantee of seating, and wait times may vary based on business volume and party size. Not available in our St. Augustine location at this time.

Is parking available?

Parking options vary by location and may include free street or lot spaces, complimentary valet services and/or metered parking.

What if I have a large party?

Please call and speak to a member of our management team to discuss parties of 10 or more. We can’t guarantee a reservation, but we will try to accommodate your party during non peak times.

What is the dress code at Harry’s?

The atmosphere at Harry’s is polished, but casual. Please feel free to dress comfortably.

Is private dining space available?

Some locations offer private dining rooms, which vary in size and capacity. We also have a selection of menus designed exclusively for large groups and private events. Visit our Catering page for more information.

Are pets allowed in your outdoor dining areas?

We allow dogs in our outdoor courtyard and patio areas, provided they are properly restrained, well behave and do not disturb other patrons. We ask that pets are not fed while on Harry’s property.

GIFT CARDS

Where can I redeem Harry’s Gift Cards?

Gift cards and certificates issued by Harry’s may be redeemed at any location, and are subject to the terms and restrictions printed on the card or voucher. For a list of all locations, please click Here.

Do gift certificates expire?

Gift cards that are purchased at Harry’s at full face value do not expire or lose value.

FOOD & DRINK

Are gluten-free options available?

Each location offers a Gluten sensitive menu, which is available upon request. Our culinary teams are trained to prepare items according to individual dietary needs. Please note that our kitchens are NOT gluten free, and that even gluten sensitive dishes may contain trace amounts of gluten.

Is nutritional information available?

At this time we do not have the nutritional breakdown of our dishes. A member of our management team will be happy to help you select items which meet your dietary needs.

Is Harry’s Hot Sauce available for purchase?

Our hot sauce can be purchased at any location. Please contact the location in advance to confirm the availablility of large quantities (12 bottles or more).

OFFERS & PROMOTIONS

Is Happy Hour pricing available?

Happy Hour is offered from 2-7pm, 7 days a week & includes special pricing on draft beer, house wine & premium cocktails. Happy Hour pricing is not available at our St. Augustine location.

What other promotions do you offer?

Early Dining menus are available daily from 4-6pm at most locations (not available in St. Augustine). Other specials and promotions are offered seasonally, and are announced through our mailing list.
