Low Country Oysters – Corn flour fried gulf oysters served over a bed of sweet corn grits. Topped with a country bacon cream sauce, sweet peas, hot honey drizzle, and pickled Peppadew peppers.

Pasta Mardi Gras – Tender shrimp and scallops sautéed in a vodka tomato cream sauce with crabmeat, cremini mushrooms, and fresh linguine.

Stuffed Flounder – Pistachio crusted fillet of flounder stuffed with shrimp, lump crab meat, and a Cajun cream sauce. Served with smashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.

Louisiana Shrimp & Crawfish Pot Pie – Not your mama’s pot pie…Oven baked Andouille cornbread crusted pie with tender shrimp and crawfish cooked in a rich, creamy stock. Served with your choice of side dish.

Apple Crisp – Sliced apples simmered in a spiced caramel sauce, topped with a streusel crust, and baked until golden. Finished with vanilla ice cream and our whiskey butter sauce. (Not available in St. Augustine location).

Garden District – A refreshing and floral cocktail, paying homage to NOLA’s most charming neighborhood. Made with Bacardi Superior rum, fresh lemon, muddled mint, elderflower, and rhubarb.
