2025 Mardi Gras Parade of Flavors

Crispy Gulf Coast Oyster App – Hand-breaded select oysters, lightly fried and paired with an arugula salad featuring seared king trumpet and oyster mushrooms.  Served over a bed of oyster cream sauce and finished with a light drizzle of house hot sauce.

 

Oyster Po’boy – Authentic Leidenheimer French bread stuffed with fried gulf oysters, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, dill pickles, and our signature po’boy sauce.  Served with choice of side dish.

 

NOLA Fisherman’s Pasta – Sea scallops, shrimp, and crawfish simmered in a savory seafood cream sauce with sautéed slivered red onion, garlic, and grape tomatoes. All tossed with fresh linguini.

 

Black Fin Sea Bass – Blackened and served over white rice with an Asian-inspired sauce piquant, sautéed shrimp, crumbled bacon, grape tomatoes, and fresh basil.

 

Butter Pecan Cheesecake – Topped with house-made salted whiskey caramel sauce, pralines, and whipped cream.
